	Event Insurance (Tent Rental) 55.00 price 6.06 fee The KOS Event Insurance allows event attendees to receive a full refund for their purchase if canceled 72 hours before the event start day and time. This ensures flexibility for unexpected changes or cancellations. The refund amount will be issued minus the cost of the Event Insurance itself and any processing fees. To make a claim email kos.ent.events@gmail.com with the Subject Line: (Event Name Here) Cancelation Request. KOS Event Insurance MUST be obtained with the original website purchase. Tent Rental The price includes the tent renal setup and event passes for 2 people. Tent Rental Includes: A 9’X9’/6.5’ tall tent, 16"-18" queen air mattress, 2 camping chairs, light, fan, and extension cord. (Tents will have shared electric access.) Coming Early? Cost for additional days will be: $150 per day and includes the extra days event passes for 2 people. You will check in and receive your wristband(s) at the entrance gate. Please have your unique Barcode Ticket ready at check in. A processing fee is added to your purchase at checkout. ***There are NO Refunds or Transfers, but event insurance is offered at booking.
