KOS Event Insurance
KOS Event Insurance MUST be obtained with the original website purchase. Event Insurance CAN NOT be added at a later date. You MUST purchase Event Insurance for each Ticket Type that is ordered.
The KOS Event Insurance allows event attendees to receive a full refund for their purchase if canceled 72 hours before the event start day and time. This ensures flexibility for unexpected changes or cancellations.
The refund amount will be issued minus the cost of the Event Insurance itself and any processing fees.
To make a claim email kos.ent.events@gmail.com with the Subject Line: (Event Name Here) Cancelation Request.
NO Refunds for any reason without the purchase of Event Insurance!!!
